Placing a bulk order requires a deposit. Once a deposit is received, we will call to schedule a harvest date.
This is a perfect way to stock up and save! You will enjoy the most popular cuts like our Ribeye and have fun exploring cuts new to you like the Osso Bucco cut. The beef will consist of 50% ground beef, 25% Steaks and 25% Roast this is what a beef yields. With a half or whole beef, you will choose how the beef is cut (steak thickness, roast weights etc) We will also suggest some of the unique overlooked cuts.
All our beef is processed at a USDA inspected plant
Because we are a small ranch that does not mass produce; please allow minimum 3 weeks for delivery after harvest.
Approx. pounds are finished and vacuumed sealed product; no additional fees but Idaho Tax and out of Treasure Valley area delivery
Weight of a whole beef is 450-500 lbs of meat; whole beef $9.60 per pound
Weight of a half of beef is 200-275 lbs of meat; half of beef $9.70 per pound
Weight of a quarter of beef is 125-150 lbs of meat; set standard cut of front and back mix cuts $9.80 per pound
Final Invoice will be sent prior to delivery via Square
